Baby Talk Kiosk
“We opened up our first kiosk called Baby Talk in The Westfield Topanga Mall and incorporated a Scentevents scent player into the kiosk. We sell baby and toddler clothes. We are using bubblegum to scent the area around us. Customers said that the smell of bubblegum lured them to us. We think that the scent system is bringing potential customers over to our kiosk who may not have stopped by. They’re in a good mood, and they seem really interested in the clothes and more inclined to buy our products. We were told this is the first time a kiosk has used scent to draw in customers. So far, it’s working wonderfully! Next week, chocolate scent!”
